It is winter, we will finally find in the markets good big cabbages to make soup. My recipe is simple, easy to prepare and excellent. :
Take a green cabbage, preferably biologically grown. Cut it up into big pieces. Add a few garlic cloves, an onion, a carrot, some celery, a leek, thyme and laurel to enhance the flavour.. Place in a casserole, cover with water, bring to boiling point, then allow to cook gently for 20 minutes. Blend according to taste.
A trick to use less energy : you should use a pressure cooker. When the steam starts to escape, turn off the electric ring or the gas and let your soup cook in the pressure cooker..
I advise drinking this soup every evening and even at mid day if you are at home. On the other hand, do not drink this soup before the first colonic irrigation. There is a risk of swelling of your belly due to the fermentation of the cabbage.
Bon appétit ! and if you have any good recipes to share with us, do not hesitate to write to us.
